Second Intelligent gives utmost importance to its service team. Our Service Engineers are equipped to provide all levels of inspection, maintenance, modification and service in an efficient way. All Service Engineers go through highly extensive training, which includes both class room and practical training sessions. They are also required to be certified from time to time to update their knowledge on the dispensing robots, coating and glue automated potting machines. In addition to getting trained on the machines they are responsible for, our Service Engineers are cross trained on other SMT machines to increase their knowledge.
Our Service Engineers are known among our customers to be exceptionally trained, extremely efficient and highly experienced professionals who work towards achieving our customer’s objectives and meeting their satisfaction.
