Hot melt glue machines are designed to melt solid hot melt adhesive into a stable liquid state and continuously deliver it through the adhesive supply system to the spray gun or dispensing head, enabling efficient, stable, and precise automated adhesive application.
Second Intelligent hot melt adhesive machines support mainstream commercial hot melt formulations. Beyond general EVA, PO and PSA adhesives for basic bonding, sealing and coating applications, customized dedicated PUR hot melt systems are available in 5-gallon and 55-gallon models.
