1.Multi-axis linkage platform

Multi-axis platform: Standard configurations include three-axis, four-axis, and five-axis platform. Such as the SEC-SE480-2R five-axis model , It supports XYZ axes plus a rotation axis ( R) and a tilt axis (W) to enable adjustment to any spatial orientation, making them suitable for complex workpiece products such as those with curved surfaces, irregular shapes, and inclined surfaces.

Motion control core: It utilizes a proprietary motion controller that supports all types of interpolation, including linear, circular, helical, elliptical, and curved paths, It ensures smooth, continuous motion without stuttering or interruptions.

Precision assurance: It uses servo motors with micron-level positioning accuracy(±0.01mm )and adaptive acceleration/deceleration algorithms that automatically reduce speed around corners to prevent adhesive overflow. Linear stepper motors and servo motors + precision guide rails and lead screws , and an integrated, stable body ensure positioning accuracy (±0.01 mm) and stability even at high speeds.

Rotational tracking: The dispensing head can automatically rotate along the path (such as electromagnetic shielding dispensing machines), this allows it to adapt to special trajectories such as triangular or spiral patterns to ensure uniform adhesive lines.

CCD & 3D vision system:

Set visual programming, visual positioning, visual detection in one, matching different lenses and light sources, it can achieve Mark point positioning, positioning capture and other functions, combined with MES system, can upload and save the results.

It automatically identifies and locates product mark points. The vision system analyzes dispensing trajectory errors; if the errors exceed a certain threshold, an alarm is triggered and the system corrects the dispensing path to meet product tolerance requirements. The system also monitors the position, width, and continuity of the adhesive bead in real time to identify

defects such as excess or insufficient adhesive, breaks, and misalignment.

Laser height measurement : Real-time detection of warping and deformation in the workpiece automatically adjusts the Z-axis height . This maintains a constant distance between the nozzle and the surface, preventing uneven adhesive application caused by height variations. Before dispensing, the laser height gauge detects product height deviations; During dispensing, the dispensing height is automatically compensates based on these measurements. If the product’s height deviation exceeds the set range, the system will trigger an alarm automatically

Support for importing CAD path drawings: The robotic adhesive dispensing systems programming software supports the import of product drawings in formats such as DXF, STL and AI formats. During programming, the software directly parses contours, curves, and point coordinates from the drawings, eliminating the need for manual point-by-point input.

Software algorithm optimization: For complex paths (such as intersecting paths, closed-loop paths, and multi-area paths), the execution sequence is optimized through programming to avoid unnecessary movement. For complex curved paths, such as arcs and curves,the software use interpolation is used for fine-tuning. For complex products with 3D surfaces or multi-layer dispensing,  the software plan paths in layers based on height (Z-axis) or area during programming to prevent path overlap.

5.Adaptive Dispensing System

Select the appropriate valve and nozzle based on the customer’s process requirements: It Supports contact-type nozzles, non-contact jet valves, screw valves and more, It has quick switching capabilities and ceramic rotary valves enable rapid adhesive cutoff, reducing stringing.

Precision adhesive volume control: Real-time feedback from pressure and flow sensors allows for dynamic adjustments to dispensing the speed and pressure. This ensures consistent bead width by adapting to path variations, such as faster dispensing at high points and slower dispensing at low points when traversing curved surfaces.

Automatic needle alignment : Errors are automatically calibrated after needle replacement and the program compensates to ensure repeatability on complex paths.

Data upload to MES: Links inspection results with production data to enable end-to-end traceability and process optimization.
