How We Helped a Finnish Manufacturer Eliminate Bubbles in Dome Label Dispensing

When a Finnish customer approached us about their dome label production, they faced two critical challenges:

1.Bubble formation after adhesive dispensing (viscosity range 3000–5000 cps)

2.Cost sensitivity without compromising quality

 

At first, the customer was reluctant to send adhesive samples or products for testing.

Instead of pushing for a sale, we proposed a risk-free sample testing process with our in-house dispensing engineers.

 

This allowed us to:

● Pre-set parameters before delivery

By replacing existing suck-back valve with our self-developed diaphragm valve, we completely eliminated the bubbles on the dome surface. The result was an immediate improvement in product quality and reduced rework.
