This new E-Series desktop / benchtop / tabletop dispensing robot is the result of careful refinement by our engineers and industrial designers. The body and gantry of this series of dispensing robots are made of one-piece aluminum die-casting. Compared with the dispenser assembled with aluminum profiles on the market, the one-piece aluminum die-casting dispenser will be more precise, durable, steady, and low-maintenance. The machine not only can be easily equipped with different dispensing systems for different glues, we have also optimized the dispensing range without changing the overall machine size. Via smart calculation engineers have increased its dispensing stroke by 300mm to 380mm XY axis, which is more suitable for factories and workshops of all sizes use. By this we reduce the cost of the materials, and reduce the cost of the machine too, customers also have also reduce the operating overhead. This series of machine are in mass production already, stock is available for fast delivery (10 days approx.). We provide international support and maintenance directly for the series of machines. The machine itself has limited warranty period of 12 months from the delivery date, expect the tear and wear consumable parts. During this period, if the machine is found and proved to be faulty due to manufacturing under normal use, we will provide you with free replacement parts, after the proof, the shipping cost of the accessories is also paid by us.
Speaking of tear and wear consumable parts, this machine, except for the dispensing system, has no immediate-consumables for the robot itself. The consumables of the dispensing system are also mainly plastic hose and pipe, sealing rings and needles. We will pack-along some of these consumables, free of charge, following the purchase of the machine.
