Technical features:

SECOND series PUR hot melt glue machine adopts touch screen-human-machine interface full operation, suitable for high-precision hot melt glue spraying applications, with motor-driven precision gear pump and glue output automatic tracking system, and equipped with precision gear pump to meet different production needs of users.

● The body adopts frame structure design and enclosure combination, making it beautiful overall coordination, fast and convenient daily maintenance;

● Double-layer permeable Teflon coating in the melting cylinder, ripple-type large fin heating part, improve melting efficiency and save energy consumption, "Teflon" coating on the inner wall, effectively reduce carbonization phenomenon, and ensure maximum melting efficiency;

● Delta PLC temperature control is adopted to ensure stable control temperature within ±1℃ of the set temperature. The host temperature control system adopts full touch screen,

module temperature controller combination control, with PID self-tuning adjustment function, the system operation interface is a full Chinese operation interface, graphic intelligent dialogue window,

intelligent alarm, easy to operate.

● The host control unit is equipped with an automatic tracking system, high-precision signal acquisition, a special anti-electromagnetic interference meter, and internal over-current and over-voltage protection to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.

● It uses a liquid crystal display, a good human-machine interface, simple, intuitive and convenient data observation and operation, and a maximum of 8-way temperature control settings;

● The precision metering pump ensures the stability and continuity of the glue output;

● The gear pump and the motor are connected by a universal joint, which is used to make the angles at both ends of the transmission shaft equal, ensuring that the instantaneous angular velocity of the output shaft and the shaft input shaft is always equal, ensuring the stability and uniformity of the glue machine during high-speed operation.

● The host uses a high-precision reflux valve (reflux valve sensitivity ±1bar) with a locking function to avoid damage to equipment or personnel caused by operating errors. The whole machine filter design uses multiple layers of filtration to prevent PUR glue from clogging due to expired solidification.

● The mechanical and electrical control systems are designed independently, with reasonable structure and convenient operation and maintenance.

EMI and FIP dispensing techniques are widely use in the telecommunication and transportation industries.
