PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This model or micro-volume potting machine provides manual potting valve, does not come with robot, good for small production, or special products that need to use hands to assist. In the field of adhesive material application, there are some extreme situations that require mixing and dispensing very small amounts of mixed materials onto the products with precision. This machine is developed, it is especially designed to dispense 2 component materials with less than 1g. It is suitable for various types of two-component fluids or glues. Using the original designed micro piston pump of the second intelligent equipment, the adhesive glue output is very small, the precision is high, and the automatic proportioning and automatic mixing of the two-component glue can be completed on demand to cut off waste.

In this case, customer needs to dispense 2-parts AB adhesive materials to seal off the LED lights for waterproof. Our engineer recommended S3030C. The machine equips with automatic CNC Cartesian robot, and AB materials onboard material prepping tanks. The machine provides automatic material drawing, degassing, metering, mixing, and dosing function, which allows the machine to perform automatically and free the operator for other work. This machine is designed and built for the two components (2 parts) materials that need to be mixing together base on the ratio automatically.
