The injection head lifting module uses a high-precision module with a servo motor to control the lifting of the injection head (screw valve), which can adapt to different product mold thicknesses; lifting and injecting fills the gap at the injection port caused by the lifting of the injection head; the good sealing effect of the injection head lifting process does not affect the vacuum value in the vacuum box, ensuring the injection quality of the product.
The vacuum box cover is driven to open and close by a rodless cylinder + true line guide rail. A transparent observation window is installed on the cover, which can clearly observe the internal situation of the vacuum box, facilitating manual debugging.
Equipped with SMEMA interface to communicate with other devices. It has fault sound and light alarm and menu display.
