The PEM Hydrogen Fuel Cell machines can dispense bonding, and sealing materials for the graphite plate, metal, or composite bipolar plate for hydrogen fuel cell stack. It provides standalone machine, and fully automatic packaging system. The machines are including bipolar plate dispensing, gasket applying, and MEA automatic packaging systems, as well as the machine for air tightness testing, and plate stacking.

The design of the MEA defect inspection machine is to develop a device that can perform high-precision automatic defect inspection on the MEA. The loading and unloading of the materials are realized by a robot. During the inspection, the machine automatically adds a layer of high-transmission glass cover on the MEA to enhance, and ensure the smoothness of the material, the equipment uses a high-precision, high-definition line-scan camera for scanning and imaging. After the inspection is completed, the robot is able to sort out OK or rejected products and unload them separately.

The system is designed for the MEA materials’ sizes auto inspection purposes, it can be working alone, or working in an inline system. It is developed for high-precision performance auto inspection of the MEA materials’ sizes. The loading and unloading of the materials are achieved by a robot. During the inspection, the system is able to apply a layer of high-transmission glass cover on the MEA to enhance the inspection as need. To ensure the smoothness of the material, the equipment uses a high-precision, high-definition line scan camera for scanning and imaging. After the inspection is completed, the robot is able to sort out OK or rejected products and unload them separately.

The design of this semi-automatic stacker is to develop a semi-automatic stacking equipment for large-scale PEM hydrogen fuel cell batteries stacking and packaging needs. The stacking of other materials is done manually. The high-precision servo hydraulic pressing system ensures the precise pressure of each stack; manually locks the studs, and uses the differential pressure method to perform multi-directional air tightness tests on the stack.

The semi-automatic stacker is designed to develop a convenient and semi-automatic stacking equipment for stacking and assembling hydrogen fuel cell stacks. The stacking is done manually, the gravity-tilt function to ensure the uniformity of the material stacking, the high-precision servo pressing system to ensure the precise pressure of the stack, the studs are manually locked, and the stack is tested for multi-directional air tightness by the flow method.

The design of this graphite plate stacking system is to develop a flexible assembly system for the stacking and assembly of different structures of hydrogen fuel cell stacks. The loading and unloading of wire materials is realized by robots. The stacking of materials is completed by the robot, the high-precision servo press ensures the precise pressure of the stack, the studs are manually locked, and the multi-directional airtightness test of the stack is carried out by the flow method.
