This is an intelligent automatic 2-part adhesive materials potting line, specially customized for the home appliance industry to encapsulating the home appliances’ control panels.
This vacuum casting / encapsulating machine equips with an inline conveyor. It is able to adjoin with the front incoming machine, and connect to the curing machine at the back together to provide high capacity productions. With this system, it is able to reduce operators or completely without human interference in between the production. The system itself equips with 2-part materials automatic prepping, feeding, mixing, vacuuming, encapsulating, and conveying forward step by step accordingly.
This model is designed for 2-parts materials with high viscosity and high ratio difference auto mixing and potting purpose. It is equipped with a high viscosity adhesive material pump, which can feed different viscosity materials, from low viscosity to high viscosity. The system installed a standard pressure-plate, which is suitable for 5 gallons and 55 gallons standard material drums, and able to supply small material flow requirement. The machine adopts high-viscosity sub-disc pump + ceramic piston pump for precise metering, and able to provide stable material supply by monitoring pressure. It is high accuracy, stable, and long service-life 2-parts adhesive auto mixing filling potting machine.

This machine was developed, it is especially designed to dispense 2 components materials with less than 1g. It is suitable for various kinds of two-component fluids, or glues.
