1.Closed-loop Precise Metering, Reducing Material Waste
The machine uses stepper motors + gear pumps/screw pumps for metering, with an adhesive mixing ratio infinitely adjustable from 1:1 to 10:1 . The ratio and dispensing accuracy can reach ±2%, far superior to the ±5% or greater error of manual operations, effectively preventing defects such as incomplete curing, cracking, and yellowing. The equipment is equipped with vacuum feeding, vacuum degassing, optional heating, stirring, automatic cleaning, and monitoring functions. It has completed validation and Mass Production with over 2,000 complex adhesive formulations , effectively reducing adhesive waste.
2.Three-Axis Flexible Movement, Adapting to Multi-Variety Production
Equipped with Seki Smart’s self-developed motion controller + IPC + display, combined with a high-precision three-axis manipulator, the machine achieves high-speed three-dimensional precision movement. Effective travel is 500×500×100 mm , XY axis speed is 0–500 mm/s , and potting speed is 1–30 g/s . It can perform three-dimensional trajectory potting on irregularly shaped workpieces and deep-cavity components. The machine features a bilingual (Chinese/English) operating system and can store hundreds of production programs, perfectly adapting to factories’ needs for small-batch, multi-variety production.

This machine is designed and built for the two components (2 parts) materials that need to be mixing together base on the ratio automatically. The machine equips with CNC automatic dispensing robot, which is able to perform automatic dispensing efficiently and effectively without operator. The system comes with two tanks (15, 30, or 70 liters as the standard, option for custmization).
