Description

Introduction：
This machine is the fully automatic domestic reverse osmosis cartridge element spiral winding machine. The operator only needs to load the material, set up parameters, and the equipment will automatically produce without any personnel involvement. The machine can produce different size of household RO cartridge elements. And is suitable for unified, large-volume 7/24 production. One unit of this equipment replaces three to four pieces of different equipment and three to five personnel indeed. This equipment includes automatic membrane materials cutting, inserting the screen, folding, mixing AB materials, dispensing, winding, and wrapping outer plastic protection sheet. Speaking of spiral winding RO cartridge element, the difficulty lies in the control of AB glues, the mixing ratio of glues, the accuracy of the glue dispensing, and the dispensing trajectory are very important. If the sealant was not doing accurately, the cartridge element will leak. This pieces or many pieces of the element are scrap and cannot be recycled or reworked. For consumers, if you bought a poorly sealed cartridge element back, its filtration quality is not good and its service life is shorten. This equipment is equipped with a precise AB materials supply system, system automatic filling, degassing, metering, mixing, and dispensing accurately according to the set path(s). This device realizes unmanned operation and has been launched on the market to replace traditional manual devices. How it works?

With this machine, operator need to load core pipes, raw carrier membrane, spacer, and adhesives on to the machines racks, set the parameters, and the system will complete the entire process automatically, from mebrane cuting, spacer inserting, folding, dispensing, spiral-winding, outer tapping to the end. It is real fully automatic.
