The machine equips with 3 axis robotic system. It is operated by Second originally developed software, windows based. It can not only set trajectories such as set points, lines, circles, and arcs, but also has advanced functions such as three-dimensional potting through program setting. It is automatic metering, mixing, and dosing base on pre-determined ratio. The machine equips with automatic refill, and degassing system. It can also add agitate stirring, tank heating, and automatic valve cleaning. The operation is simple and user friendly, which greatly saves the manual mixing time, improves efficiency, and also save material and labor cost.

Able to dispensing various type of two-component adhesive material on electric components. For PCB, electronic components, lighting, household appliances, igniter, automotive supplies, vacuum cleaner, filter, and many other fields. （NOTE：The main different between S3030C and S3030C-X is the machine’s casing design. In this case, customer needs to dispense 2-parts AB adhesive materials to seal off the LED lights for waterproof. Our engineer recommended S3030C. The machine equips with automatic CNC Cartesian robot, and AB materials onboard material prepping tanks. Material

Two parts silicone, resin, epoxy, polyurethean and other fluids with big tanks or barrels of materials.

This machine is designed and built for the two components (2 parts) materials that need to be mixing together base on the ratio automatically. The machine equips with CNC automatic dispensing robot, which able to perform automatic dispensing efficiently and effectively without operator. The system comes with two tanks (15, 30, or 70 liters as the standard, option for custmization).

EMI, FIP, TIM

EMI and FIP dispensing techniques are widely use in the telecommunication and transportation industries. With the rapid development of communications, electric vehicles, and personal wireless electronic gadgets, these products are often required to connect and interact between each others. However, the signals sometimes interfere with the others, so need to be filtered or shielded. To improve and control the electromagnetic signals, engineers can redesign the entire product, or it can apply EMI shielding materials to filter or shield.
