Vacuum degassing→negative pressure penetration→curing and sealing—vacuum potting ensures that circuit boards and component modules are “fully filled, tightly sealed, and durable.”
Core Process Steps:
Pre-treatment – Clean the circuit board and module surfaces to ensure good adhesive adhesion.
Adhesive Degassing – Degas the mixed adhesive under vacuum before potting to prevent air bubbles from being introduced.
Vacuum Potting – Place the product in a vacuum chamber and evacuate. Potting is performed under negative pressure, allowing the adhesive to penetrate component gaps, solder joints, and dead corners.
Restoring to Normal Pressure – Refill with air, using the pressure difference to further fill tiny gaps with the adhesive.
Cure and Molding – Curing according to the adhesive’s properties to form a continuous and dense protective layer.
RTV effectively suppresses the movement of plug-in components.

In-line vacuum potting machine system :
●A/B two-component glue. There are separate storage tank. The storage tank can be manually feeding or vacuum feeding. Optional glue heating and stirring functions；
●A/B glue flows into A/B metering pump through the feeding tube.Through the software control, it reaches the double liquid valve through the glue pipeline with a certain proportion and flow rate；
●Through the mixing tube to the A/B two-component glue is fully mixed , in order to achieve the purpose of curing, out of the glue time set according to program parameters, simple and convenient；
●Because the A/B glue is only mixed in the mixing tube, so cleaning only the mixing tube part；
●Adoption of four tank, refilling without stopping function

● With a three-axis motion platform and SECOND’s unique control software, it can set points, lines, circles, arcs and other trajectories;
● At the same time, it can automatically proportion and mix two-component glues as needed, and has functions such as vacuum feeding, vacuum degassing, stirring, heating, and automatic cleaning;
