This machine is designed for larger potting, encapsulating products. It can perform automatic mixing and potting for two-component materials. The machine equips with a large dispensing table, the maximum dispensing range is 600x700x100mm XYZ axis. It can pair with 2 units of 15 liters, 30 liters, or 70 liters AB material prepping tanks. Depends on the materials, it is also able to work with dynamic or static mixing valve to perform just-in-time mixing and potting needs, so to avoid clogging and saving materials.

The machine equips with 3 axis robotic system. It is operated by Second originally developed software, windows based. It can not only set trajectories such as set points, lines, circles, and arcs, but also has advanced functions such as three-dimensional potting through program setting. It is automatic metering, mixing, and dosing base on pre-determined ratio. The machine equips with automatic refill, and degassing system. It can also add agitate stirring, tank heating, and automatic valve cleaning. The operation is simple and user friendly, which greatly saves the manual mixing time, improves efficiency, and also save material and labor cost.

This machine is designed for two-part adhesive materials automatic degassing, mixing, and potting (encapsulating) purpose. It equips with manual mixing head, operator can put the product under the mixing valve one after one to be dispensed. The head is also able to add extend materials’ hoses, and with longer hoses, it is able to mount the mixing head to your existing machine, conveyor, or 6-axis robot to provide dispensing function. The system is able to provide stable, accurate homogenous and continue mixing and dosing of 2-parts materials.
