The online dual-station five-axis dispensing platform has a powerful motion control system and supports various standard curves, arbitrary axis straight lines, space arcs, space spirals, space ellipses, space involutes, and space spline curve interpolation. It can be applied to dispensing of round and special-shaped products. The equipment has the functions of Mark point positioning and edge positioning, automatically calculates the center position of the product, corrects and compensates the movement of each axis, and can automatically identify the phenomenon of product omission and misplacement. The modular design and flexible matching meet the needs of contact dispensing and non-contact dispensing processes, and has a wider application.
