The workbench height of the equipment is 900±20mm, which supports flexible adjustment to adapt to the operating habits of different operators. The effective 3-axis travel reaches 1400mm×600mm×200mm, and the spacing between the Dispensing nozzle and the workbench is adjustable from 0 to 300mm. It can process workpieces with a size of 1400×600×120mm and a single weight of about 15kg, covering the Potting needs of medium and large size workpieces.

1. Frame and Safety Protection System
The equipment is divided into upper and lower double-layer frames: the lower frame adopts square tube welding + sheet metal spraying process, with sturdy structure, strong load-bearing capacity, and is not easy to deform during long-term operation. The upper frame is made of aluminum profile with transparent acrylic sheet, and is equipped with manual opening and closing doors on three sides. The doors are equipped with handles and magnetic suction structure, no locks are needed, and the doors are easy to open and close. The top of the door is 2000mm from the ground, which is ergonomic. The door is equipped with an interlock device. Once the door is opened during the operation of the equipment, the machine will shut down immediately, which completely eliminates mechanical safety accidents from the source and fully complies with overseas industrial safety standards.

2. 3-axis Manipulator Module
It is equipped with a 3-axis Manipulator driven by Servo Motor + screw guide. The XYZ axis travel is 1400×600×200mm, the maximum operating speed of X/Y axis is 500mm/s, and the Z axis is 200mm/s, with smooth operation and precise positioning. The servo drive scheme has fast response speed and high repeat positioning accuracy, which is suitable for continuous and high-frequency automated Potting operations.

3. Material Supply and Metering System
The material supply end is equipped with 2 sets of 5-gallon piston type platen pumps, which are specially adapted to standard 5-gallon glue buckets. The platen is compatible with two types of packaging glue buckets: straight bucket and cone bucket, with smooth exhaust and easy bucket removal. The length of the glue delivery pipeline from the platen pump to the Metering Pump is 7.62m (25 feet), with flexible wiring, which adapts to different workshop layouts.

The platen pump is equipped with Second Intelligent self-developed high-speed pneumatic switching technology, which has the characteristics of anti-icing and low noise, and the operating noise is lower than 75dB. The pump body has excellent wear resistance, can stably deliver high-filler glue, with high output pressure and stable displacement. The metering unit is equipped with 4 sets of 50-type Piston Pumps, which are made of ceramic push rod + stainless steel cavity, with wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the service life is significantly improved for high-abrasion materials such as Thermal Conductive Adhesive.

4. Pressure Regulation, Mixing and Pressure Monitoring Module
The equipment is equipped with 4 sets of pressure regulators, which have simple structure, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve core can be quickly disassembled and cleaned for efficient maintenance. It is matched with 1 set of two-component static valve to complete the mixing of AB glue. The working air pressure is 4-7bar, the working viscosity is adapted to 200-30000cp, the working frequency is ≤60 times/min, the mixing is uniform, and the adhesive delamination is completely eliminated.

The whole pipeline is equipped with 4 sets of high-precision pressure sensors, with a measuring range of -1~100MPa, a measurement accuracy of ≤±0.5%FS, and a protection level of IP67, which can work stably under complex working conditions of -20℃~80℃. The sensor monitors the pressure of the glue delivery pipeline in real time, and automatically alarms and shuts down when the pressure is abnormal, avoiding problems such as pipeline burst and abnormal glue output, and all-round protecting the operation safety of the equipment.
