To meet diversified production requirements from top customers, Second Intelligent has built two dispenser product matrices: benchtop offline units and assembly-line in-line machines. ● SEC-E480SP Benchtop RTV Dispenser
Designed for laboratories and flexible low-to-medium volume production lines. The enclosed machine footprint is only 1000×1000 mm with a height of 1726 mm. It can be deployed flexibly and put into operation quickly without factory renovation.
(1)Motion performance: The manipulator features an X/Y/Z working travel of 480×480×100 mm and XYZ repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.015 mm. Equipped with a 5-axis mechanism, it supports rotary & tilt dispensing, easily completing dispensing on special-shaped curved surfaces at component roots.
(2)Intelligent vision system: Integrated with a 1.3MP CCD visual positioning module and laser height sensor. It recognizes and positions Mark points to automatically correct product offset. The laser height sensor detects dispensing surface height in real time with automatic height compensation and out-of-tolerance alarm, preventing dispensing defects caused by product deformation.
(3)Glue feeding & valve assembly: Standard 2600ml pressure tank glue feeding system compatible with large-drum RTV silicone, with buzzer alarm for low glue level. Fitted with FH101 medium suck-back valve. Suck-back shutoff eliminates stringing and dripping, supporting adhesives with viscosity ranging from 0 to 100,000 cps.
(4)Operating system: Win11 industrial control system. It supports continuous interpolation for dots, lines, arcs and irregular curves. MES connectivity is optional for factory production data traceability. Only one operator is required for machine operation.
This model is suitable for new product process verification and frequent model changeover for small-batch production. Many Fortune 500 enterprises widely deploy this machine in R&D workshops and pilot lines, before rolling out in-line mass-production dispensers after process validation.
● SEC-DH600L In-line Dispenser
Built for large-scale assembly-line production. It connects to the customer’s existing chain conveyor to achieve fully unattended workflow: product infeed → visual positioning → dispensing → automatic outfeed. The machine footprint is 1250×1400×1757 mm. It perfectly meets high-volume PCBA sealing dispensing requirements; custom dimensions are available.
(1)High-speed gantry motion mechanism: X/Y working travel of 600×600 mm, maximum XY moving speed up to 800 mm/s, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.015 mm. The full machine adopts an 8-axis configuration integrating conveyor and ZR rotary-tilt mechanism, compatible with multi-angle complex dispensing trajectories.
(2)Automated production line accessories: Chain conveyor with adjustable width from 80 mm to 400 mm. It supports automatic tray feeding, stopping and jacking positioning. An automatic nozzle cleaning module is equipped to clean the needle periodically, reducing manual intervention and supporting long uninterrupted production.
(3)Vision & height sensing: Also equipped with Hikvision CCD vision system plus laser height sensing unit for incoming Mark recognition and automatic trajectory compensation. Compatible with multiple coaxial, ring and bar light sources to handle complex reflective and dark product surfaces.
(4)Mature glue feeding system: Standard 2600ml pressure tank feeding and medium suck-back valve, compatible with RTV silicone, thermal conductive gel and epoxy adhesive. Win10 system, supports SECS/GEM communication and MES connection for uploading and archiving production data.
