1. Steadfast purpose: 21 years, one focus
Second Intelligent started in Shenzhen in 2005 and reaches its 21st year in 2026. Across those years the company has kept deepening one single field: fluid application — dispensing, potting, spraying, coating and vacuum encapsulation.
The purpose is “steadfast” because it is narrow enough to hold a standard: keeping dispensed volume, dispensing path and takt time accurate to a fraction of a millimetre and a fraction of a second.
Along that line the company has travelled three paths — product-wise from single machines to turnkey lines, application-wise from 3C electronics into semiconductors, automotive electronics, lithium battery, hydrogen energy and medical devices, and market-wise from domestic supply towards a combined domestic and international footprint.

2. Shared journey: 21 years of milestones
“Shared journey” encapsulates the true pillars of support over these past 21 years: every process-related mandate entrusted to us by clients, every collaboration with our partners, and the unwavering dedication of our employees.
We extend our gratitude to every partner who has walked alongside Second Intelligent. It is thanks to you that our path forward is so steadfast; and because of our mutual trust, every collaboration takes on profound significance.

A clear pattern emerges from Shichun’s 21-year journey: every leap in our capabilities has corresponded to new process requirements from a new industry. Shichun has entered a new sector—such as 3C electronics, home appliances, water purification, hydrogen energy, automotive electronics, or semiconductor packaging—roughly every two to three years. Each cross-sector expansion has relied on the same core competencies—motion control, adhesive dispensing and metering, visual positioning, and process parameterization—while the rigorous demands of these new industries have, in turn, driven those capabilities to even higher levels.
Looking ahead, we will continue to move forward together, embracing new opportunities and challenges with an open mindset, closer collaboration, and unwavering conviction.
3. What 21 years built: from single machines to turnkey solutions
What 21 years leaves behind is not a list of dates but a set of capabilities customers can test directly.
On R&D, Second Intelligent reinvests no less than 10% of revenue every year and holds more than 300 core technology patents and 20-plus software products. Both the machine control system and the core fluid components are developed in house.
On process, front-line experience is codified into parameter recipes and standard modules. The difficulty in fluid application has never been machine accuracy alone — it is matching product geometry, adhesive behaviour and process parameters at the same time.
On manufacturing and service, the company is headquartered in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, with a research and manufacturing base of tens of thousands of square metres, branch operations in Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Henan and Tianjin, and several hundred employees — more than 200 of them full-time R&D engineers.
On qualifications, Second Intelligent is a national high-tech enterprise and a national-level “Little Giant” specialized and innovative enterprise; its products meet EU CE standards, and the company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and intellectual property management system certifications.

What customers receive is usually not a single machine but a combination of equipment, process and service: process assessment and sample trials first, then machine selection and line integration, then installation, commissioning, operator training and spare-part supply.
4. The 21st anniversary celebration
The 21st anniversary belongs to everyone at Second Intelligent. Colleagues who joined many years ago and faces that joined only recently sat in the same room and looked back together at the road they had travelled.

“Steadfast purpose, shared journey” was the phrase heard again and again at the celebration, and it is an accurate description of the past 21 years — get the precision of every second of dispensing right, and every product on a customer’s line gets better; hold every partnership steady, and the road runs further.
For Second Intelligent, an anniversary is not a celebration for its own sake but an internal calibration: state clearly what has been done well, be explicit about what comes next, and then return to the workbench.
5. The next 21 years: vision
At its 21st anniversary the goal is unchanged: to become a century-old service brand in the fluid application industry. The route is equally clear.
First, deeper R&D investment aimed at harder processes. R&D resources stay focused on semiconductors, new energy, automotive electronics and other demanding fields, tackling fluid control at higher precision and shorter takt times.
Second, closer industry collaboration and an open ecosystem. Together with upstream and downstream partners and research institutes, Second Intelligent works on industry standards and technology sharing, so that process know-how moves from being accumulated inside one company to being shared across the industry.
Third, faster expansion across domestic and international markets. While serving domestic customers well, the company is building a localised overseas service system, so that overseas customers receive the same installation, commissioning, training and spare-part response as customers at home.
