The machine adopts a servo 3-axis lead screw transmission architecture, fitted with high-precision TBI lead screws and HIWIN linear guides on the X and Y axes. Each valve unit is fitted with an independent 75mm stroke vertical cylinder, allowing asynchronous glue control for the two valves without mutual interference. The valve assembly supports wide-range Y-axis adjustment, with an adjustable spraying width ranging from 80mm to 150mm. Combined operation of the two atomizing valves enables one-pass full coverage spraying on 500×450mm extra-large PCBs, completely eliminating common industry pain points such as missing coating and uneven thickness caused by segmented spraying from traditional single-valve, fixed-width equipment.

The complete conveying system comes standard with a 5mm stainless steel chain conveyor, supporting bidirectional track flow switching. A single unit can be freely set to convey boards from left to right or right to left, facilitating flexible production line layout to match the workshop’s assembly line direction. The conveyor supports automatic width adjustment to accommodate mixed production of PCBs with varying widths.

The entire line adopts a unified standard working height, with adjustable board passing height to fit circuit boards carrying components of different thicknesses. The machine frame sheet metal is made of corrosion-resistant mirror stainless steel with uniformly finished aluminum parts. The whole line features a standard off-white & light gray paint scheme paired with uniformly light blue acrylic protective panels.
