Automatic Two-Component Adhesive Mixing, Degassing and Potting
The SEC-S500-Z vacuum potting machine is designed for automatic two-component adhesive mixing, metering and vacuum potting. It integrates vacuum degassing, automatic material feeding, precision metering, dynamic mixing and automatic dispensing in one system.

Why Use a Vacuum Potting Machine?
Air bubbles trapped in adhesive or product cavities can affect potting quality. The SEC-S500-Z Automatic potting machine supports vacuum potting down to 10 mbar (-99 kPa), helping reduce trapped air during the process.
Automatic Material Preparation
The system uses two 30L material tanks for Part A and Part B. The tanks support stirring, heating, vacuum degassing and automatic vacuum feeding. Heating is adjustable from room temperature to 80°C, helping maintain stable material conditions before dispensing.

Precision Metering and Dynamic Mixing
A screw pump and gear pump system meters the two components before they enter the dynamic mixing valve. The dynamic mixing system helps ensure consistent A/B mixing and supports working viscosities from 200 to 30,000 cps at the valve. Suction-back control also helps reduce dripping and stringing.
