What are the precautions for the Hot Melt Glue Dispensing Machine?

Hot-melt glue dispenser uses the characteristics of solid-state hot-melt glue to heat into the molten state and then solidify when exposed to the cold surface of the air. When using hot melt adhesive dispensers, we must understand and master the various models of hot melt adhesives and different technical performance parameters. Different models of hot melt adhesives have a different opening, curing, and cooling time. The entire dispensing process must be completed within the opening time of the hot melt adhesive. The difference from an ordinary dispenser is that it has an additional heating device, which effectively ensures the smoothness of the glue and enables normal production.

As an Adhesive Dispensing Machine Manufacturer, share the precautions with you:
(1) To understand and master the various types of EVA hot melt adhesives and different technical performance parameters. Different models of hot melt adhesives have a different opening, curing, and cooling time. It should also be distinguished that due to the different regions, the appropriate period of use of summer rubber and winter rubber, its opening and curing time will also change when the temperature is different. Complete the entire bonding process within the open time of the hot melt adhesive.
(2) When using EVA hot melt adhesive, do not directly heat it with an open flame. Be sure to use a spacer oil bath (boiling point should be 100 degrees Celsius) or use a sealed electric hot plate heating device. The temperature of the hot-melt colloid must be strictly controlled within the range of use. The temperature of the glue used cannot be arbitrarily changed. In special cases, the maximum tolerance is ± 1.0 degrees Celsius.
(3) Before using the solid EVA hot-melt adhesive, it must be pre-heated with a pre-heating device to reach the standard and then released into the glued plastic box for use. During the glue application, do not directly mix solid rubber blocks (rubber blocks that have not been preheated) in the glue coating workbox to prevent uneven gel temperature, poor fluidity, or incomplete melting, resulting in an uneven coating. Or the adhesion is difficult and the quality is affected.
(4) The amount of glue in the preheated glue pot must be properly controlled. Do not add too much. The glue must be repeatedly melted repeatedly, which will deteriorate the aging, reduce the viscosity, and affect the adhesion. It should not be added too little and not enough, causing waiting to melt and affecting normal production. The plastic pot and the plastic box should be cleaned regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the plastic pot and the plastic box to prevent the precipitation and accumulation of impurities in the glue liquid to affect the accuracy of the temperature control. It is necessary to establish a system at work, check on time, and implement it carefully.
